Find the running fire man, the basic instinct from the wild of papua land
day two, night coming, the weather turn to freeze my feet, 3 degrees Celcius,at tropical land! it is not a desert land, I cannot sleep well, think about tomorrow, should we come back to illaga and turn of my dream, yes for the past 2 years i trained my self actually more in my mental than a physical, after my team of 4 people make a decision to took survey, a journey to Cartenz Pyramid, and ..something happened..at the final day, they decided not join this trip! for many reason..they had. so it's only me left ! but I know deep inside their heart and mind they will pray for me, not only them the whole member of the organization will do the same thing!even though, I had already legal permit letter from Indonesian government, still I need 2 weeks to had a "Visa" yes,the real one from 2 "Dani" chief of war, at that moment the situation in the heart of Papua is very dangerous not only because of the wild nature but more of that there is some "war" between Indonesian Government and part of Papua native people who want to declare their own independence, before my trip there was a missing of some student from other university and their bodied never found completed !so the situation is different in the real world, if the two chief of war not give their "blessing" i cant continue my journey and I have to go back to Java island with empty hand,.. and I do not want to face this situation so I communicate with them almost everyday and follow their jungle rules, i will tell you more on my "bakar batu party" story next time. "Bapa" daniel kogoya break the quiet night, I found something, i found a way ! "good daniel, what is that?
Bapa first we hope the rain will stop soon, and in the first morning we will search wood skin , i think we could find down there, just one our when we walk fast, Bogombaga and elvis will find it! but it will useless when is to wet ! so better pray the rain will stop soon "bapa". i'm listen carefully "but i still don't understand what you mean daniel,I replied. Bogombaga said" make flare bapa, we make flare, his eyes sparkling and smile like an angle, wow ! make a flare, a big torch you mean? "No bapa no! we put a hay in the wood skin, we make a cone shaped wood skin and then we put the hay inside and burn it, so we will get a "hay coal" , tomorrow you will see how "Dani tribes" make a "flare cone"! and than what we should do Bogombaga? he smile" I will run and bring the fire cone , you will follow my track and only stop when you see my smoke sign! Oh God you will run Bogombaga ? run to the mountain? "yes Bapa I can running fast! Bogombaga is strong ! we laugh together, all of you a very smart my friend ! I replied , lets do it ! ..
so we can continue the trip and I will catch my dream! walking to the mountain of Cartenz Pyramid and make a route map for next year journey with all of my friends.
we discuss how to make it, tomorrow will be a long - long trip, we will take a rest when bogombaga feel tired, and stop, and he will make a fire for us ! eureka !
I can sleep well now ....
